She has a long experience in national and multinational companies, where she has acquired a broad perspective on the nature of change, organizational development and implemented paths for the development of authentic leadership, managerial and behavioral skills.
Since 2009, as a Coach and Trainer, she has been accompanying Executives, Top Managers, Key Talent and Entrepreneurs to acquire the tools, knowledge and skills necessary to achieve development goals aimed at improving company performance. She is involved in cultural transformation programs to promote gender equality and inclusive leadership, to improve the contribution of women in addressing current challenges. As a coach and trainer, she follows paths of women’s leadership, coaching and mentoring, individual and team aimed at the enhancement and empowerment of women.
Focused on people, on the team as a system, on the organization as a dynamic set of interconnections on which it is possible to act, she is an expert in facilitating the management of changes in the organizational culture, the acquisition of new ways of working and the development of an approach oriented to the change of mindset to start a process of change and transformation conscious and effective.
