Jlenia Ermacora



After fifteen years of experience in training and consulting at a prestigious ISTUD Business School at Lake Maggiore, today Jlenia, together with Gregorio Di Leo, co-founder of Wyde, applies her competent skills of anthropological analysis to the organizations and companies that accept the challenge to evolve and become the protagonists of continuous positive transformation. With a strong expertise in change and learning and with a sincere passion for the processes that help shaping the identity of a company, she combines the ability to develop innovative solutions with a pragmatic and goal-oriented approach.

The classes of saxophone, ballet and motocross lessons on the fields of Friuli surprisingly led her to graduate in Political Science at the University of Trieste. But she knows why: day by day her curiosity in human beings, in the culture of diversity that she loves to discover by immersing herself in the eyes of others, builds a strong instinct of mindfulness. 

Important biographical note: when you first meet Jlenia, never offer her a coffee. She only drinks tea of the finest and original kinds.
