Culture and strategy to drive the international growth of a leading high fashion company

The Italian subsidiary of multinational high fashion luxury brand chooses Wyde to transfer the brand values to management and the entire retail network, and to reflect on the position of the Italian subsidiary within the Group’s global map.

Intro

Started almost two centuries ago from the mastery of an artisan, the story of the company-protagonist certainly represents the path of success that today have brought it to a leading position among companies in luxury high fashion segment; The company with production that stands for its quality and ability to combine traditional and artisanal knowledge with the most innovative and creative modern scenarios.


The path

More than a brand, it is a striking canvas of fashion heritage, with captured refined chic of luxury on it. The creation of products that represent a benchmark in the high fashion industry, is a result of family ideals and traditions that have always guided the design, production, decision-making processes and innovation and inspired people from top to bottom.

In close contact with the CEO, Wyde continues an ongoing collaboration that focuses on two paths:

  1. Construction of the culture of belonging to the brand, working on engagement and clarity of common goals for teams and departments occupied on the national territory (from management to the retail network)
  2. Integration of uniqueness of the Italian branch and its values within European and international context that includes all the other branches. 

The objective of the first part of the journey is to define a strategic guideline for a 5-year plan; the second part is focused on the positioning of the Italian branch as a hub of experimentation and continuous innovation, able to transfer the uniqueness and creativity of Italy to the headquarter.

The results continue to be discovered in a constant exploration of the strategy, talent enhancement and ability to adapt to transformation. They enable the transfer of experiences that leads to the mutual growth of this great company, of Wyde and its team.
