The Italian subsidiary of a multinational high fashion luxury brand chooses Wyde to transfer brand values to management and the entire retail network, and to reflect on the position of the Italian subsidiary within the Group’s global map.


Set up almost two centuries ago by an artisan’s mastery of his trade, the story of the company certainly represents a path of success that today has placed it in a leading position in the luxury high fashion sector. The company’s production line stands for quality and an ability to combine traditional and artisanal knowledge with the most innovative and creative modern scenarios.

The journey

More than a brand, it is an icon of the fashion industry, the discrete luxury of an elegance that the passing of time cannot influence. Products are created that represent a benchmark in the high fashion industry, that are the result of family ideals and traditions that have always guided the design, production, decision-making processes and culture of innovation and inspired people from top to bottom.

In close contact with the CEO, Wyde continues an ongoing collaboration that focuses on two paths:

  1. To enhance the idea of belonging to the brand, working on engagement and clarity of common goals for teams and departments in Italy (from management to the retail network). 
  2. To integrate the uniqueness of the Italian branch and its values within the European and international context. 

The objective of the first part of the journey is to define strategic guidelines for a 5-year plan; the second part is focused on the positioning of the Italian branch as a hub of experimentation and continuous innovation, able to transfer Italian uniqueness and creativity back to headquarters. 

The results continue to be discovered in a constant exploration of the strategy, talent enhancement and ability to adapt to transformation. They enable the transfer of experiences that leads to the mutual growth of this great company and of Wyde and the team.
