Whenever someone calls him a “praticone” (i.e., a very practical person), Guido sincerely appreciates it. As a way to describe him, it is no exaggeration. 

Being pragmatic and getting straight to the point has always been the focus of his efforts and the realization of his capabilities within the company in managerial positions and as an entrepreneur and consultant as well. These are particular traits that he seeks to develop in the classroom on the issues that he is familiar with, and the tenets of his business success.

Obtained from Bocconi, his degree in Business Economics has determined his approach to business and efficiency even though he certainly perceives work as a moment of happiness, interplay and exchange.
