Jose D’Alessandro



Jose calls himself a lifelong student of business and innovation. With a Degree in Economics at Luiss and MBA in Marketing, Communication and Sales, as a manager he’s been working with the world’s leading brands, like Coca-Cola, Pirelli, Dunlop, Vespa, and Moto Guzzi, he has lived in 5 countries and coordinated up to 48 of them, growing professionally in multicultural and multilingual environments. He has been involved in innovation, turnaround, marketing, sales and internationalisation in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Semi-durable products and Automotive, holding roles from Marketing Manager to Business Unit Director and Executive Vice President.

As a mentor, together with executives, managers and students, collaborating with Wyde and the LUISS Business School as Adjunct Professor, he puts forward his reflections on strategy, business model and entrepreneurship in times of uncertainty.

He is a bastian contrario, open-minded, cheerful and with a great sense of humor. He admires intelligence, courage, generosity and when the things are done properly. He practices innovation, friendship, reading and writing. He often lives around the world, but his home is in Brussels with his wife Simona and their two children Giaime and Nicolò, who are now out of their nest.
