After graduation from the Department of Organisational Behaviour of Cornell University (USA), Luca has consolidated his professional experience as an expert in training and organisational development, working with international institutions, large companies, business associations and non-profit organisations.

Luca is a passionate traveller. He loves to place his particular curiosity for exploration at the disposal of people and teams desired to start on a journey of cognition and reinterpretation of the organizations they work for.

Through the lenses of the organizational anthropologist he accompanies them in processes of analysis and cultural transformation. With a wide-ranging look he tries to keep together the multiple dimensions of a company’s life: he deals with processes of cultural transformation of companies, HRM strategies and new organizational forms that privilege horizontal, reticular and heterarchical relationships.

He is currently a researcher on Business Organisation at IULM University of Milan.
