Laura is a gourmet and food consultant. With genuine love for cooking, Laura moved from banking to cooking, turning food to a central element of her career.
During the time she spent studying at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (which it’s not a culinary school), she obtained holistic and multi-disciplinary approach and understanding of the complex interdependencies within the web of food.
When one day you will taste her dishes, keep in mind that the main ingredients are always the same: sympathy, spontaneity and a lot of smiles.
The certainty that food has united people since ancient times (that’s why she is really a Wyder) is a main element of her Atelier of Taste, where the act of eating is presented as a complete sensory experience that reconnects us with our essence, our emotions and our needs. Because food, in all its forms, allows us to return to faith and experiments, discovering a profound way of communication with ourselves and the world around us.
