Marco Ossani



With a solid scientific background (Degree in Physical Chemistry, University of Bologna, Italy), he further turned towards Business activities, holding managing positions (Marketing & Communication) in various international groups (Italy, France, Belgium, UK) in Healthcare sector.

Marco is a researcher of meaning, an experimenter and an innovator, at times authentically heretical. A bit philosopher and a bit scientist, navigator of complexity, he takes every challenge driven by a passion towards the anthropological approach to innovation. He accompanies the teams in their design of products, services, strategies and business models, but mainly in exploration of the new paradigm of collaborative leadership based on conversations, that procures the sense-making through imagination and storytelling. 

He teaches different courses of entrepreneurial development in Schools and University. Great lover of opera and symphonic music, theatre nomad, he loves to meet and be acquainted with musicians: if he could start all over again, perhaps he would be an orchestra conductor.

He is also a member of IAF (International Association of Facilitators), Certified Instructor in Mind Mapping (Tony Buzan) and LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ Accredited Facilitator.
