Laura primarily defines herself as a serial traveler. With a degree in Psychology of Groups and Organizations, for 20 years she has been working in companies of different sectors in the Human Resources area, holding positions both of HR Manager and Head of Training, Development and Selection.
For 3 years she was “borrowed” for the launch of a new business area. Passionate about organizational development and training design, she has developed processes of Performance Management, feedback 360, Change Management and Digital Transformation. She believes in open and evolutionary systems, participatory design, systemic vision and above all in learning that is generated within the process even before the final result.
She is also certified as a professional Counselor in Transactional Analysis and passionate about the Montessori Method.
